My Story
How I Discovered The Food Freedom Blueprint
I used to think losing weight meant giving up rice. So I did what everyone else was doing. I tried strict low-carb. I stopped eating rice, bread, and most carbs. I lost weight. The problem started when I tried to eat normally again. The weight came back. Then I'd go back to strict low-carb. Lose weight. Gain it back. Repeat.
I didn't want to keep losing the same 10 kilos over and over again. I wanted to lose it once, keep it off, and do it in a way I could happily maintain for years.
So I stopped asking, "Paano ba ako papayat agad?" Instead, I started asking, "Ano kayang healthy way of eating na makakatulong sakin lose weight, keep it off, at kaya ko pa ring gawin kahit five years from now?"
That question changed how I approached food.
Instead of building my life around a diet, I built my diet around my life. Instead of removing every food I loved, I learned how to make them fit. Rice stayed. Bread stayed. Dessert stayed. The difference was learning when, how much, and what to pair them with.
Now, I don't feel like I'm constantly dieting. I don't panic every time someone offers me cake. And I don't feel guilty for eating rice. And I'm able to maintain my weight without giving them up.
That's the approach I teach inside the Food Freedom Blueprint. Because I don't just want you to lose weight. I want you to lose weight, keep it off, and never feel like you're on a diet for the rest of your life.
